I can't help but feel this says something important about the media

Number of results on news.google.com for "Iraq forgery": 203
Number of results on news.google.com for "Bigfoot": 2,590

UPDATE: "Iraq forge" fares somewhat better with 1,584 results, but it still can't compare to two nosepicking Georgia yahoos and their dead opossum (currently clocking in at 3,090).

Why this unreasonable prejudice against all things bigfoot?

Perhaps one day we'll return the favor by insisting that you don't exist and people that believe in you are some sort of nutty connoisseurs of marginalia.
