Fowler has to watch out, though, for immigrant labor. I hear if you hire "illegals," the really desperate ones, you can assassinate the sickly at $2 a pop.

Forget the immigrants, it sounds like a computer could simply sit there and cut people's policies. Then Fowler herself would be out of a job and ergo out of health insurance... bitter irony.
